- In a large pot, bring 1.5 litres to a boil. Add salt if desired.
- Add content to boiling water and cook for 3mins to 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat, drain well and coat with olive oil if desired or immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 2-7°C. Once opened, best consumed within the day.
