"DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?"

Yes, all prices reflected online or at our showrooms are inclusive of prevailing GST.

"I BOUGHT SOMETHING RECENTLY THAT'S ON PROMO TODAY.
CAN I GET A REFUND IN THE DIFFERENCE IN AMOUNT?"

Unfortunately, all prices are true to the time of sale and we will be unable to refund for the difference in amount.

    "HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?"

    Simply add your selected items to Cart, select your preferred delivery day and time slot, complete your payment and wait for your order to be delivered on your selected time slot!

    ABOUT DELIVERIES

    DO YOU DELIVER?

    Yes, we do deliver within Singapore where our standard delivery charges apply.

    • Delivery Charges
      A standard delivery rate will apply to all orders:
      • $8 for orders below $20
      • $5 for orders between $20-$29.99
      • $3 for orders between $30-$39.99
      • Free delivery for orders $40 and above
    • Failed deliveries
      A re-delivery may be required in the case of failed deliveries. In such cases, standard delivery charges (non-waivable) will be applied for re-deliveries. Should you not wish to arrange for a re-delivery, we can refund your order amount (exclusive of delivery charges).

    "CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE/TIME SLOT?"

    We can only change your delivery details 72 working hours before your selected delivery time slot. Drop us an email at hello@thepickygrocer.com indicating your order number and the preferred delivery date/time slot that you would like to change to and we will assist you with the change.

    "WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?"

    Should you be unable to receive your order in person, you can inform our delivery team to leave your order at your doorstep or in your riser. However, we will not be liable for missing items or any change in quality during the time your items are left out.

    "SELF COLLECTION?"

    Should you wish to pickup your order from our warehouse, you can arrange for a time slot for self collection upon checkout. You just have to let us know your name and order number when you arrive at our warehouse during your selected self collection date and time slot.

    Mondays to Fridays: 10AM to 6PM
    Saturdays: 10AM to 12PM 

    Our warehouse will be closed on Sundays.
